Thursday’s Live Stream Koi Fish Sale orders ship out on Monday for Tuesday arrival. Local pick-up Saturday 9:30am-4:45pm. Select Local pick-up at check out.
How to participate in our LIVE STREAM KOI SALES: Type in “register” in the comments during a LIVE STREAM OR RECORDED LIVE STREAM (you will only have to do this process once. After this our software partner will be connected for future live shows) All koi fish shown during the LIVE STREAM are WYSIWYG ( what you see is what you get) unless listed as “Dealer Choice”
To purchase a fish in the live stream show, type a comment as “Sold + Number” (eg. “Sold 998”). You will know the items that you win immediately as they will be added to your shopping cart. It is first comment gets the fish so if it becomes unavailable it will be added to your waitlist. If the fish becomes available, you will be notified. You must complete the checkout process to secure your koi/s within 5 hours after the Livestream. Please when placing your orders make sure to check out. We are very strict on cart edits and cart abandonments. We want everyone to be able to purchase their dream koi fish/s. If you have items in your cart it does not allow anyone else to purchase. Please be considerate and only add to cart what you will be purchasing. We will restrict accounts from bidding again on future live sales should the above happen repeatedly.
Waitlist/Sold Out items: Sold-out items are called “waitlist items”. When others let their cart items expire, then it becomes available to the next bidder on the waitlist. Waitlist items have a 24hour window for checkout to lock in your purchase.
