Koi Sales

All koi sales are final. This applies to all koi purchased in-store, online, during live sales, and at promotional events.
To protect the health of our facility and prevent cross-contamination, we cannot accept returns on any koi. Once a koi leaves our facility and has entered another body of water, it may not return for any reason.

Cancellations

If a customer chooses to cancel a koi order, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
This policy applies to all koi, including special events and discounted sales.

Refunds

No refunds are available for koi purchases

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Koi Enterprise Return Policy – Non-Live Products

We want you to be confident in every purchase you make with Koi Enterprise. Because of safety, handling, and supplier regulations, some items cannot be returned, and others have specific conditions.

  • Items That Are Not Returnable
  • Chemicals and medications
  • The following products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance:
  • Water conditioners
  • Pond liners
  • Koi Food
  • PVC Pipe, Airline, Tubing or anything that is cut like filter media mat

All special-order or custom-order items (anything brought in specifically at your request that is not part of our regular inventory)

When a Return May Be Accepted

For eligible non-live items only:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the purchase date.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee is charged on all approved returns. This may be waived if the item is defective or if Koi Enterprise made an error on your order.

Shipping Responsibility:

You are responsible for all shipping costs related to the return, including the original and return shipping.

Return labels must be purchased by the customer, unless we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived defective due to our error.

For orders that shipped with free freight, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.

Condition & Packaging Requirements

  • To qualify for return consideration, items must:
  • Be unused and in like-new, resellable condition
  • Include all original packaging, manuals, parts, and accessories
  • Be shipped back with the original factory box protected inside a separate outer carton to prevent damage in transit

Getting Authorization (RMA#) Before You Ship

All returns require prior approval:

  • Please contact Koi Enterprise before sending anything back.
  • You will be given a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
  • Have your invoice number ready so we can look up your order quickly.
  • Items returned without an RGA may be refused or delayed in processing.

Damage Claims for Non-Live Items

For non-fish products:

Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Inspection & Processing Time

All returned items are carefully inspected once they arrive at our facility.

Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing after the package is delivered to us.

Refunds or credits are issued only after we confirm that the product meets our return criteria.

Changes to This Policy

Koi Enterprise may update or revise this policy at any time without prior notice.
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the final discretion of Koi Enterprise.
