Description

The ProfiDrum Stainless series is fully developed and constructed in stainless steel 316, for both the static and moving parts. Inlets and outlets are sufficiently dimensioned to top your desired flow. The filters are covered with industrial filter panels with a woven stainless steel mesh of 70 microns. On request, different mesh sizes are certainly possible as well as nylon mesh. The ProfiDrum Eco series comes with an electronic control unit which can be carried out in 115V. This control unit provides:

  • the identification of the correct time of purification of the drum
  • the duration of the rinse itself. This time is fully adjustable from 12 seconds to several minutes, in practice one wash of 30 seconds is average
  • controlling the engine to rotate the drum. During the flushing process, the engine is supplied with power so that the drum can be cleaned using the integrated nozzles. The dirt is thus caught in a receptacle in the drum and placed directly outside the system
  • the termination of the rinsing process as soon as the integrated system detects that required water level is reached
